No, OpinionX does not offer monthly subscriptions. Instead, you can pick from two pricing models → a yearly subscriptions or a one-time upgrade on a pay-per-survey basis. Any subscriptions can be edited, cancelled, or up/downgraded at any time by you from your workspace settings.

Your workspace includes unlimited teammate seats and every teammate you invite can create their own OpinionX surveys for no extra cost. Teammates are users you invite to your shared workspace. We encourage you to share your subscription with teammates!

Yes. You can pay for one survey at a time if you would prefer not to enter into a recurring subscription.

You can test all the premium features using our "Sample Surveys" that are available to all users of OpinionX, regardless of their tier.

Yep! You can export your data from the results page of any survey before your account is downgraded at the end of your subscription period.

Editors can edit your survey setup, alter data on your results page, and change survey settings. Viewers can see your survey results page but are not able to edit any data. Additionally, you can use the Guest Link to share access to your results page, like a Viewer, expect they don't need an OpinionX account. More info on survey roles here.

If you believe you’ve accidentally signed up for a premium OpinionX plan or found that it doesn’t meet your needs, please contact us at [email protected] — if you downgrade within 72 hours of signing up and the plan did not align with your expectations, we’ll provide a full refund (not prorated).

We’re unable to issue refunds for subscriptions that were not canceled before renewal. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and if you prefer a non-renewing option, we also offer a pay-per-survey pricing model.
