How much does OpinionX cost?

Can I use OpinionX for free forever?

Absolutely! There is no time limit on the Free tier.

Can I pay monthly? Are there non-subscription options?

No, OpinionX doesn't offer monthly subscriptions. View our current plans here.

Is there a per-seat cost to add collaborators?

Your workspace includes unlimited teammate seats and every teammate you invite can create their own OpinionX surveys within your workspace for no extra cost.

Can I get a free trial of a paid tier?

OpinionX has a free tier that offers everyone a trial of our features. If you need access to a specific feature before upgrading, send us a message via the in-product live chat or email [email protected] with more information.

Do you facilitate procurement processes and data security / privacy reviews?

Your procurement team should contact [email protected] to initiate a data privacy or security review. Procurement infosec reviews are only available for the Accelerate only available if procuring the Accelerate tier).

How do refunds work?

OpinionX subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or prorate charges for subscriptions not canceled before renewal; the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

If you upgrade to a premium plan and believe it was accidental or does not meet your needs, contact [email protected] within 72 hours of upgrading with a genuine explanation for a full, unprorated refund request (considered at our discretion).

You may manage your subscription, including canceling auto-renewal to avoid future charges, anytime from the Billing Details section of your account settings (Account → Plans & Billing → Billing Details). Yearly subscribers receive a reminder email 7 days before renewal which includes a link to alter or cancel their plan.

This is outlined in OpinionX’s terms of use under section 3 (fees and taxes), which customers agree to when purchasing any goods or services from OpinionX.
