This feature is available on all OpinionX pricing plans, including our free tier

OpinionX's Conjoint Rank question type includes a feature for setting a custom 'None of the Above' button:

This button allows respondents to show that they are not interested in any of the profiles on screen:

On the Survey Setup page, you can customize the button label to show any text you want in any language you choose. Regardless of any custom label, the function of the button retains its purpose as a selection that the participant did not want any of the options on screen.

Including the 'None of the Above' button in your Conjoint Rank block adds some additional data to your results dashboard:

  1. Ranked Concepts chart → You'll see a column titled 'vs None' that shows you how many people would pick each concept rather than choose the 'None of the Above' button, and based on this the 'Average Revenue per Target Customer' multiplies this percentage by the price (if included).

  2. Rejection Rate chart → Compare each option in your conjoint block to see which ones are least likely to push people away to the 'None of the Above' button.
