Enabling the "Allowed Email Domains" workspace setting allows colleagues with a specific email address join your OpinionX workspace automatically during sign-up.
In Settings → General Workspace Settings, go to the Allowed Email Domains section and follow these steps:
Add the domain that should be granted auto-access.
Add an email address for validation.
This address must match the main domain.
You must be able to access this inbox to receive the validation link.
Click SAVE to trigger the validation email.
Go to your inbox and click the validation link to confirm domain approval.
After this is enabled, anyone creating an OpinionX account with this matching email address will be given the option to join your workspace instead of creating their own one.
If they click JOIN here, they will be required to validate their email address. This involves receiving a confirmation email and clicking the link within it. The confirmation link will open up the team workspace they have just requested to join.
Only admin/owner users within a workspace can configure allowed email domains.
