1. Custom Survey Theming (Free)
Every OpinionX survey can be styled to match your brand's colors. To customize your survey's theme, click the "Design" button at the top of your survey setup dashboard, or you'll find the paintbrush icon in the top-right corner when previewing your survey. Preview button in the top-right corner of your survey dashboard, and inside the preview experience you'll find a menu for customizing the visual style of your survey.
Themes are set per-survey, so you can adjust the styling of each survey individually. If you're on the Accelerate tier and want a single theme to apply to every new survey automatically, see the Workspace Branding Defaults section below.

2. Your Logo on Surveys (Free)
You can add your company's logo to any OpinionX survey by uploading it to each block in your survey. This functionality is available on every question type and to users on every pricing plan, including the free tier.

3. Remove OpinionX Branding (Analyze)
OpinionX includes a small button in the survey footer that says "Powered by OpinionX" which is visible to all survey participants.
In your survey's Settings tab, toggle the Remove OpinionX branding option and this will disappear, removing the only visible OpinionX branding on your survey.

4. Custom Survey Link Slug (Analyze)
By default, your OpinionX survey participation links use a randomly generated string, like app.opinionx.co/5d971bd8-b1fa-44b0-8acb-513d17ba3d35/.
On the Analyze tier or higher, you can replace that string with a custom slug of your choice, like app.opinionx.co/spotify-pricing-study, making your survey links more readable and more on-brand when sharing.
You can set this in the Share menu on your survey dashboard:

5. Custom Tab Favicon (Accelerate)
The favicon is the small icon shown in a browser tab. By default, OpinionX surveys use the OpinionX favicon, which is a small gradient "X" symbol. This feature works together with the Remove OpinionX branding setting to fully replace all visible OpinionX branding on your survey with your own.
On the Analyze tier, you can upload your own custom favicon in your survey settings page, while Accelerate tier customers can set a default favicon for all new surveys from the Survey Defaults section of your Workspace Settings page.

6. Workspace Branding Defaults (Accelerate)
On the Accelerate tier, you can set workspace-wide defaults that apply to every new survey created inside your workspace. This makes it much easier to keep your surveys consistently branded without having to manually configure every setting each time you spin up a new one.
Here's everything you can set as a workspace-wide default:
Custom favicon — the browser tab icon shown when participants take your surveys.
Default custom theme — your workspace's default colors, fonts, and background, so every new survey inherits your brand's look automatically.
Progress bar visibility — show or hide the survey progress bar by default across all newly created surveys.
Back button visibility — show or hide the participant Back button by default. Useful when you want to prevent respondents from reviewing or changing earlier answers on studies where first-instinct answers matter.
'Powered by OpinionX' footer visibility — show or hide the Powered by OpinionX button in the survey footer by default.
Default finish page — set a default finish page or redirect link that all newly created surveys will use once a participant completes them.
All of these are workspace-level defaults rather than locked settings, so you can still override any of them on individual surveys where you need something different. You'll find these settings in the Survey Defaults section of your workspace settings menu.

7. Custom Domain (Add-On)
With a Custom Domain, your survey participation links live on a subdomain you control (eg. surveys.yourbrand.com instead of app.opinionx.co) so participants never see OpinionX at any point during the voting experience.
This is a premium add-on available to Accelerate tier customers. It isn't self-serve setup, we set it up for you directly. For the full walkthrough, including how DNS setup works and what stays on OpinionX, see our dedicated article on Custom Domains. To get started, reach out to your dedicated account manager or book a call.
