How can I use my Expert Assistance credits?
On your workspace homepage, click the Expert Assistance sidebar option. Here you'll see how many credits you've got remaining this year. If you still have credits available, you'll see a menu for booking a call with a research expert. If you don't have any credits, you'll see information about how to add more credits to your workspace:

Expert Assistance credits are applied to your workspace automatically when you create your subscription.
They are not available for pay-per-survey customers who do not have an active subscription.
Analyze tier customers can unlock more credits by upgrading to a higher subscription tier.
