Enrichment on OpinionX today is only possible via:
Pre-survey imports on the Enrichment Tab.
Dynamic enrichment via Hidden Fields URL parameters, which must also be setup prior to distributing your survey.
We plan to add functionality soon that enabled post-survey enrichment, however this is not currently possible. Stay tuned for more updates soon.
