The "Allowed Email Domains" workspace setting lets colleagues that share the same email address join your workspace without you needing to issue an invitation to them personally. Only admin users can configure the list of allowed email domains.

When a domain has been added to the list, anyone who signs up to OpinionX with an email address matching that domain will be asked during onboarding whether they want to join your workspace or setup their own Free-tier workspace instead. Only once a user has verified their email address are they able to join your workspace.
