Email Notifications: Receive an email whenever someone completes your survey

👉 Email Notifications are available to customers on the Ask tier or higher.

On your survey's Settings tab, you'll find a card titled "Email Notifications". There is currently only one type of email notification on OpinionX — "Survey Completion" — which triggers an email notification whenever someone new completes your survey. The Email Notifications table contains two dropdown menus:

  1. Status: By default, this will be set to "Disabled". Once changed to "Active ✅", you will start to receive an email every time a new participant completes your survey.

  2. Recipients: By default, this will be set to "All Editors". Clicking the arrow here will show a checklist of editors by email address, which you can use to remove specific editors from receiving these email notifications.

    1. Email Notifications can only be received by Editors on your survey team. Viewer teammates or Guest users cannot be added to the notifications list. Every survey has an Editor Seat Limit. The limit depends on your pricing plan (higher plans allow for more editor seats). Additional editor seats can be added to all your surveys at once by buying extra editor seats for your overall workspace.
