There's no limit or cost to inviting teammates to join your Workspace on OpinionX. Every Workspace Teammate can join surveys as an Editor or Viewer and create their own surveys too.

Surveys can have an unlimited number of Viewers added as collaborators, but there is a limit to the number of Editor you can add depending on the pricing tier you're on:

You can add additional Editor Seats for $10/month, which increases your limit across all surveys in your workspace (past and future surveys included) for this fixed rate per seat.

Email notifications for whenever someone new completes your survey are only sent to survey editors, not viewers.

There's no limit to the number of Viewers you can invite to your survey, either by joining your Workspace as a teammate to get access to all of your existing surveys, by getting invited directly to the survey as a Viewer, or by accessing the survey through a shareable link that you chose to distribute.

Whenever you share your survey results with people using a Guest Link, those people can access the same parts of your results dashboard as a Viewer but they aren't required to create an OpinionX account.
