Segmentation on OpinionX is a set of analysis features for compare how different groups of participants voted in your survey. You can create a segmentation filer on the results page by clicking any bar chart or "Segment" button.

When any segmentation filter is active, you'll see a set of buttons appear in the bottom-left corner of your screen, including "Save" and "Load" options. These buttons allow you to save the configuration you've defined for a specific segment of participants, allowing you to reuse this configuration faster later on (via the "Load" button) or to display the results of the custom segment in other OpinionX analysis features like the Segments Tab or Compare Tab.

Clicking "Save" will cause a window the appear where you can add a name and description to your saved segment, helping yourself and others understand its purpose and configuration later on.

For example, when selecting the data you want to show on the Segments Tab, you'll see a dropdown list that includes all your saved segments, allowing you to include more advanced custom configurations of participant segments in OpinionX's analysis tools.
